You'll be marked as unverified and can't quote on loads requiring that document. You can upload a renewal any time to regain verification.
How long does document verification take?
Most documents are auto-approved. If manual review is needed, you'll hear back within 1 business day.
Can I upload multiple documents at once?
Yes. Use bulk upload for vehicle documents (all MOTs, VEDs, etc.) to save time.
What if I disagree with a rejection?
Contact support with details. We'll review the document and let you know what's missing.
Do customers see my compliance status?
Customers see if you're 'verified' but not individual document details. Compliance is private to you.
