Emergency water supply jobs (burst mains, planned maintenance) require rapid mobilisation — the current phone-around process is too slow.
ADR certification is required for certain chemical and process water loads, but confirming this in advance adds friction to every booking.

WRAS-approved stainless steel or food-grade lined tankers. 10,000–30,000 litre capacity. For emergency water supply and planned distribution.
Vacuum Tanker
For effluent, sewage, industrial wastewater and septic tank emptying. EA-registered operators.

Operator Licence (O-Licence)
Required for all commercial vehicles over 3.5t. Verified against DVSA.
WRAS Approval (Potable Water)
Water Regulations Advisory Scheme approval required for tankers carrying potable water. BulkMatch will badge WRAS-approved operators and restrict potable water jobs to qualified carriers.
ADR Certificate
Required for carriage of dangerous goods — certain chemicals, acids, and industrial process water. Drivers must hold an ADR Vocational Training Certificate.
