Only company members with driver/manager access can see and manage assignments. Customers get notified of status changes via email/SMS.
Can I assign multiple drivers to one job?
One primary driver per job, but you can reassign drivers if needed before pickup.

Yes. When assigned, drivers receive an in-app notification, SMS, and can track the job on their phone.
Can customers track their loads?
