Frequently Asked
How often are recurring loads reposted?
Every 24 hours at 8:00 AM UTC. A new job instance is created with the same details, allowing new hauliers to quote.
Do hauliers who quoted last time get priority?
Yes. Hauliers who have successfully completed your recurring jobs before get notified first and can auto-accept based on their preferences.
Can I change the load details?
Yes. Any change you make to the parent load will apply to future repostings (but not past ones already posted).
What if I need to cancel a specific instance?
You can cancel individual job instances without affecting the recurring series. Or disable the entire series anytime.
Can I set different hauliers for different dates?
Not automatically, but you can manually assign different hauliers as quotes come in. Preferred hauliers can be pre-saved.
What if my route changes seasonally?
Create separate recurring jobs for each season, or disable/re-enable as needed. Start/end dates make this easy.
