We're building it. Launching Summer 2026.
The problem we're solving
UK bulk haulage moves billions of tonnes of aggregates, waste, water and agricultural materials every year. It's critical infrastructure — construction can't happen without it.
And yet, in 2026, most of it is still arranged by phone call, managed in spreadsheets, and documented on paper. Shippers spend hours calling around for quotes. Hauliers drive empty for miles because there's no efficient way to find return loads. Compliance is checked manually — if it's checked at all.
The tools that do exist are either generic freight boards adapted badly for bulk work, or enterprise software that costs more than the jobs themselves.
There is no proper marketplace. We're building one.
What we believe
Operator licences, waste carrier registrations, WRAS, ADR — verified at sign-up and re-verified at renewal. Not optional. Not an afterthought.
WTNs, PODs, weighbridge tickets, job sheets. All generated, uploaded and stored digitally. No more carrier bags of paper in the cab.
Fast matching and booking — but never at the cost of compliance. The platform only speeds up the things that should be fast.
Designed around tippers, tankers, grabs and low-loaders from day one. Not a generic freight board with a new logo.
Where we are
BulkMatch is in active development. The core marketplace — load posting, compliance matching, quote management, digital paperwork and job tracking — is being built now.
We're looking for founding members: shippers and hauliers who want to be first on the platform, shape what we build next, and lock in free access and pricing before we publicly launch.
Join the waitlist. We'll keep you updated as we build, and you'll be the first through the door.
Core marketplace being built
Founding members get early access, 3 months free
Full marketplace open to all UK hauliers and shippers
