Is it really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan includes quoting, basic profile and job tracking. You only pay when you complete jobs using BulkMatch payments.
What documents do I need to verify?
Operator licence, public liability insurance and driving licence. If you're a waste specialist, also waste carrier registration.
How do I set my quote rates?
You see the job details and quote what you think is fair. Shipper can accept, reject or counter-offer.
Can I quote on jobs outside my region?
Yes. But local jobs are prioritised in alerts. If you travel, quote on anything that works for you.
What if I have a vehicle that's not on my profile?
You can add unlimited vehicles. List them in your fleet section with type, capacity and specialisation.
How is my cancellation rate calculated?
Cancellations = jobs you accepted and then cancelled. Too many (above 5%) limits access to new quotes. Avoid cancelling.
Can I use my own payment arrangement?
Yes. Arrange payment direct with the shipper (bank transfer, cash, etc.). BulkMatch payments are optional.
When do I get paid if I use BulkMatch payments?
Within 1-2 business days after you upload proof of delivery and the shipper confirms completion.
