Pricing FAQs
How does the success fee work?
The success fee is a small percentage taken only when you complete a job using BulkMatch payments. There's no fee if you arrange payment directly with the other party. Higher plans have lower fees — Fleet plan members pay 0%.
What counts as a team member?
Any user added to your company account — drivers, dispatchers, managers, or admins. The owner doesn't count towards the limit.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you roughly 2 months free (around 20% off). You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
What if I need more vehicles than my plan allows?
You'll see an upgrade prompt when you reach your limit. Upgrading is instant and your existing data carries over.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices shown are exclusive of UK VAT at 20%.
