How We Verify Hauliers
Operator Licence Verification
We verify all hauliers against the DVSA register. Valid licence = green badge. Expired or suspended = blocked.
Waste Carrier Registration
For waste specialists, we confirm Environment Agency registration. No registration = you can't quote on waste jobs.
Insurance Checks
Public liability insurance required. We track expiry dates and remind you before cover expires.
Document Tracking
Upload driving licences, MOT certificates, insurance and operator licence PDFs. We track expiry and alert you to renew.
Compliance Badges
Green = all required docs valid. Amber = docs expiring in 30 days. Red = expired or missing critical docs.
FORS, CLOCS & ADR
Specialist accreditations are tracked. Future: FORS Gold accreditation displayed on profiles.

Customer names, addresses and job details are hidden from other hauliers. You only see details for your own accepted jobs.
Live Tracking is Opt-In
Shippers can request live tracking. You control whether the driver app shares location (only during active jobs).
